Ingredients: + some meat slices (e.g. chicken or turkey) + flour + olive oil + lemon + butter + black pepper + salt Preparation: Put some flour on a plate; lay down a meat slice in that plate and make it sure the slice is completely covered by flour in both sides. Then lift off the plate and beat it a little in order to let the surplus flour drop down in the plate. Put some butter on a frying pan and, when the butter is melted, lay down the slice in there. Turn it over every now and then to make it cook well from both sides. While it is warming up, put over it some salt and black pepper, over both sides. When it becomes golden remove it from the pan and put it on a plate where you have previously put a little bit of oil and lemon juice.
